Interface Statistics not being collected

When I go to the Appliance Analysis and Diagnostics looking for Interface Statistics, it does not return anything.
I can successfully list memory, cpu, reverse proxy throughput and more, but nothing is shown in the Interface Statistics.

Do you have any idea why is this happening?
