    I've seen a few articles floating about to identify the virus, but some reasonable critiques and technical limitations. Also agree with Mike, it would be great to see and we have some folks ready to take on these problems. AI and DS skills are becoming more like "glue" for scientists of all kinds.

    This really does make sense, and with AI, it's now much more feasible.     I think another really interesting thing to come out of this is I've seen an increased awareness in the general public of the importance of math and data science and data visualization in helping people understand facts.  The simple visual around flattening the curve, and projections of various scenarios, are gaining traction as a fact-based way for people to understand what may lie ahead.
