    Hello all,

    If you think this would be beneficial, please consider voting for Aha Idea --> https://ideas.ibm.com/ideas/ZOS-I-4700.

    Although it is not under Db2 for z/OS you would benefit; currently we only search the volume list forward. So with high utilisation and fragmentation we have hit max volumes where previous volumes could have become free. With this change we will search forwards and backwards.
