    I have a situation where an HTML item anchor tag is used as a tool tip for a drill through in a non-interactive report.  I am converting this report to interactive.:

    Anchor tag used as a pop up title for drill through

    The content of the HTML item looks like this:

    <a title="View Charts">

     How can I accomplish this in an interactive report?  Is there an example?
