the Integration flow designer can be used to create system(s) containing source maps, compiled maps and subsystem components.

Besides creating a type tree, you will need to create a map first before you can use the IFD.

The IFD can be configured to Start, Stop and control the execution of the map.

Before we can discuss the actual Event Server Settings you would have to have a working map available.
