Where in ES, all the corresponding java language scripts of integration components stored? Does every integration component correspond to a java package? if so, where can we find all these packages in ES installed directories?

The scripts and runtimes are stored in the infosets of the Integration Components Document Types. If you go into document type editor and look under Activeworks/IntegrationComponents you will find all the Document Types for your integration components. In there you will find infosets called script and runtime.
