Hi IBM Community,

I'm trying to instegrate ISIM and ISVA throught the documentation related in this link:

Installation and configuration of the IBM Security Verify Access Adapter

It's about installing an adapter IBM Security Verify Governance Adapter for IBM Security  Verify Access v10.0.6, creating a service on sim and having the capability of Manage accounts and groups on IBM Security Verify Access.

So I Installed the adapter, the dispatcher, I followed al the steps for making this integration but when I try to create the service on ISIM I have the next error:

And if in the URL I point to the IP address where the dispatcher is installed i got the next error:

So i would like to know how to solve this error of comunication when creating the service.

Clarifications:

The SDI service is running

I already installed the Dispatcher and this is the solutions directory:

Comunications between servers are enabled (AD adapter is already working on this environment)

Details of the environment:

IBM Security Verify Governance Component: Identity Manager Version: 10.0.1.5 (Virtual Apliance)
DB2 Standard Edition 11.5 (Windows)

IBM Security Veirfy Access 10.0.6.0 (Virtual Appliance)

IBM Security Directory Server 6.4 (Windows)

IBM Security Directory Integrator 7.2 (Windows) java version "1.8.0_381"

Did you remember to copy the Direct RGY jars to the SDI jars folder and restart the dispatcher ? 

That aside - be aware that this is not a support forum so do not expect people here to jump in and try to debug your problems - for that purpose you should create a case with IBM Support who can help you much better :-)
