    • On-premise To On-Premise

    • Cloud To Cloud

    • On-premise To Cloud - this being the best scenario

    We actually have a great deal of success connecting on premise to on premise applications.  A good story would be Sonus Networks; we did connect salesforce.com with several on premise systems there, but they then used WebSphere Cast Iron Cloud integration to connect several OTHER on premise to on premise systems.
