  • 1.  Integrated Security Mode 5 CAM login issue

    Hi,

    our IT did some patching over the weekend on our TM1 servers and now when we try to login to Planning Analytics Workspace we get the following, rather than the normal login screen:

    We are using CAM authentication and Integrated Security Mode = 5.
    If we switch to Integrated Security Mode = 1 we get the normal workspace login screen and can login in OK.
    Any thoughts on how to resolve this would be appreciated.

    Fixing this right now:

    Cognos Analytics is not working (you can check this by trying to open the URL you set up in ServerCAMURI in your tm1s.cfg) 

    Seems that recreating the cryptography helps https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/how-regenerate-cryptographic-keys-cognos-analytics

    We have had similar issue a few times over the last year and this is how we solved it: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/context-root-not-found-error-after-applying-windows-updates

    Not sure if it is the same problem you have.

    Hi,

    Appreciate the replies. Just an update, our IT decided to restore the VM to prior to the patch and it is now working again.

    Jesper, apologies I should have included the things we had already tried in my original post. We had already attempted the fix you suggested but it didn't work.
