I don't recognize that error code but there is no way that there would only be 3 filesets being updated during this process. I obviously don't know where you got the updates but I would suggest for you to hit the IBM site and attempt the update download.

Perhaps I expressed myself wrong. The first attempt of the update from 5300-02 to 5300-11 did well (many filesets ;-) ), but after that oslevel still said, that I have 5300-02. So I listed the mismatching filesets and that are only the three above.
