Why I had to increase manually /usr to successfully complete instalation? As far as I rememeber in the past, installing from smitty, the /usr fs was increase automatically by efault (mentioned option: EXTEND file systems if space needed? yes) then was running out of free space..
Can it be strictly Powerpath installation issue only?
Here is an error displayed on smitty screen:
