  • 1.  Installing BigFix and ILMT without internet access

    Hi all

    Currently Im installing BigFix and ILMT without internet access using
    Updating the content of the fixlet site on Windows and the "updating site content in non-extraction mode". 
    All going good, copied all the files over etc, but when trying to subscribe the computer to the ILMT site, they are all grey.
    So not able to change anything here. Current version showing 0 on the details tab. Have also tried to wait a while, but still same issue.
    So Im not able to contine the installation and configuration. Do you have any tips & tricks to solve this?

    Hello again.

    An update to my previous post.

    I did the last step in the guide all over again.

    I copied the the same AirgapResponse back to the BigFix/ILMT server again.
    Then I ran the BESAirgapTool.exe again.
    And now Im able to subscribe the computer to the site.
