Installation of PowerVC fails with rsync

    during installation of powervc 2.0.3 I have this error:
    FAILED! => {"changed": false, "cmd": "/usr/bin/rsync --delay-updates -F --compress --archive -e ssh -i /root/.ssh/pvc_id_rsa -o StrictHostKeyChecking=no --out-format='<<CHANGED>>%i %n%L' /etc/pki/tls/certs/powervc.crt /etc/pki/tls/certs/powervc.crt", "msg": "rsync: link_stat \"/root/StrictHostKeyChecking=no\" failed: No such file or directory (2)\nERROR: destination must be a directory when copying more than 1 file\nrsync error: errors selecting input/output files, dirs (code 3) at main.c(630) [Receiver=3.1.3]\n", "rc": 3}

    and this error:
    FAILED! => {"changed": false, "msg": "Play did not complete successfully"}

    Any one who got the same to point me to the right directory ?
