    Hi, 

    I'm trying to install SPSS Statistics for the student trial. For activation, it asks me to log in to IBM or launch the License Wizard. I chose "Log in with IBM ID," but a window pops up asking me to "insert your security key into the USB port," even though I don't have one. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @Shoaib vasini
    It seems like you have at some point enabled 2-Factor Authentication for your IBMid and then pointed to a physical USB passkey.
    Check your security settings for your IBMid at https://myibm.ibm.com/dashboard/ and set/reset them as you desire.
