    Hallo an alle CUG Mitglieder 

    Bei meinem Kunden ist 11.1.7 im Einsatz und wir fragen uns, wie Eure Erfahrung für ein Update auf 12.0 aussieht. Sollten wir lieber zuerst auf 11.2.4 aktualisieren und warten?

    Wie ist Eure Meinung für das Update bezüglich neues Verzeichnis und Content Store Copy oder funktioniert auch die Installation im vorhandenen Verzeichnis?

    Hi Carsten,

    Sorry, I don't speak German so I've translated your question in English.

    You can upgrade from v11.1.7 to v12.0.0 without any issue. Of course, you need to backup everything before, but it is a quite simple upgrade.

    You need to know that the following components are removed from Cognos Analytics:

    • Query Studio
    • Analysis Studio
    • Cognos Workspace
