Installed IBM Cognos Analytics 12.0.2  and configured it for SSO (single sign on).

When URL  http://iis-host/ibmcognos/. is opened in Chrome i am prompted with the message "your connection to site is not private" and prompted for my network username and password. After entering the username and password I am able to singon to Cognos.

What could be the issue? why is the SSO not working?

Why SSO is not working ? It is a huge question that cannot easily answered.

• Did you use the IIS script provided with the installed version?
• What kind of delegation are you using (Constrained, Identity Mapping, Other) ?

What does the parameter 'singleSignOnOption' do? (ibm.com)

I had some issues configuring Kerberos but IdentityMapping works.

Hello - You might need to just upgrade your url to enable https.
