Provide your Mac OS X version and the webMethods version (Designer) you are trying to install.

As per my knowledge there are some restriction to Software AG designer to work on Mac OS X. You will get this information from the 9-8_System_Requirements guide there is a section that shows the supported OS platforms “Supported Operating System Platforms for Software AG Designer”

Hi Raj,

Have you tried following the installation instructions for Linux on Mac ?

It is possible to install using jar on windows as well. Try running the installer jar and select the platform you want to install in the wizard.
I do not have Mac image to share details, but running the jar should work. Let me know if it works.

I tried the installer with jar it opened now after opening the jar file it asking image file right ,after browsing the image file its not opening.
