The Insights Cookbook is pretty awesome if you haven't checked it out. I would also check out some of the ETBMA Case Studies. There's quite a bit of cool stuff documented there as well.

We have built some application optimization insights that allow App owners to seek cost rationalization based on peak utilization and the number of servers. We use editable tables for the what-if scenario analysis that the report provides.
