Hi Lynn
What do you mean with "DATASETs in particular GROUPIDs"? If you refer to the data set's high level qualifier as the group ID, then you can write
newlist type=racf
select class=dataset qual=GROUPID
sortlist profile acl(resolve)
The RESOLVE modifier evaluates all connects of all users vs. the groups in the ACL of the selected DATASET profiles, to show the access each user ID will have.
You might also turn to RA.3.1 (Report profiles) specify DATASET in the first input field and the high level qualifier in the 3rd input field. Select "Output in print format" for a printable list.
If this isn't what you were looking for, let me know and I'll be happy to help more.

Subject: Inquiry for Report for Users Permitted to a GROUPID
Similar to a discussion subject named 'CARLa Report: Permit x user in Group' in this discussion group, I too would like to generate a report of all the RACF ID's connected or permitted to the resources (DATASETs) in particular GROUPID's. I can only find the DATASET resource connected or permitted to the GROUPID. Is there a canned report (RA.3.4 doesn't seem to get it) that would do this or something similar? Or would I have to create something from scratch?
Many thanks for hosting this discussion group!
