    Hi,

    In webMethods 8.2, for JMS connection alias we are seeing below errors and temporary resolution followed for this error is : server restart.

    Due to bad certificate issue the JMS connection alias got disconnected
    “2835sis5001.bc.jsplc.net EAI_WMSTR_E_000007 Line=( server.log bad certificate A-UNI004-P)

    After the server restart the connection gets re established.

    We don’t have much information on when these errors are getting generated. Please let us know more details on this error if anyone has faced the similar issues in any of the projects or have any idea on the same.

    • Why and when do we usually get these errors
    • What could be the possible fix other than restarting the servers
