    You can have a warning during input validation, but the outputs are still generated. Did you check the audit log for warnings?

    Can you please check once what ever data you are sending to the functional map is correct or not. Because sometimes we used to send the data from wrong level.In this case it won't populate any data in the output level.If it is mandatory field you will get empty in the output tags and if it is a optional field you won't get any tag at output.

    Please check in your trace file(.mtr) whether the input data is read properly. If read properly , then check whether all the data passed in the functional map is present.
