  • 1.  INOXRE8814-Doctype name not recognized while loading data

    Posted 06/14/04 08:14 AM

    Hello there,

I am attaching one schema and one document below. My problem is that I could define schema to Tamino without any problems. But when I am trying to load data, I encounter the following problem. Any workaround?

    Best Regards,
    Gopal.
    PS: I use Tamino 4.1.4.1.

    Hi Gopal

most likely this problem is related to the usage of the default namespace in the schema document. I failed to reproduce the error code 8814 in my environment.

Please create an XML request log and attach result to a new support isssue to be created.

    Best regards
    Uli

    Hi Uli,

Here is the output when I tried to load the data using “inoxmld”. I am also creating a support request as per your suggestion.

    Best Regards,
    Gopal.

    Hi Gopal

sorry - it took a while to clarify this issue to a acceptable level!
    Here is the result:
    - there seems to be a bug related to default namespaces in Tamino
4.1.4.1 - which is fixed in Tamino 4.1.4.4
I have not tried this myself - but I remember we had problems in that area
You may try to use the attached schema - which associates a non-empty prefix
    with the targetNamespace.
    - unfortunately there is another bug in Tamino 4.1.4.4 causing the server to
crash, if you do NOT use the “concurrentWriteOption”.
A colleague of mine is working on this issue.
If you use that option, everything seems to work fine.
    - all these problems are fixed in Tamino 4.2 to be released soon

    Best regards
    Uli
