how can i force the initiate software scan for ilmt ? It is still in status waiting for over 1 day now ...

Initiate software scans works as following:

If its waiting status for 1 day, it would be possible it has hung. So you need to stop the action and re run it. If its still the same, please raise a case as we need to check the logs on root cause of the scans to hang.
