    Hello
    I've been out of Informix for a long time

    it is a productive environment

    I have to update "Informix Enterprise Edition 14.10.FC8" to "14.10.FC11"

    Am I right that I am in the PassportAdvantage under 

    "IBM Informix Enterprise Edition 14.10.FC11 Multiplatform English eAssembly (G0BSMEN)"

    I have to download these two packages for the update to 14.10.FC11
    -Informix Developer Edition 14.10.FC11 AIX 64 bit English (M0J7YEN)
    -Informix Enterprise Edition License Installer 14.10.FC11 (M0J8QEN)

    Hi Martin,

    You must download these 2 files.

    « IBM Informix Enterprise Edition 14.10.FC11 Multiplatform English eAssembly (G0BSMEN) » is the good package that you must download for 14.10.FC11 on you Passport Advantage!

    Since version 14.10, the installation binaries (ids_install) are the same for the different editions. By default, you install the developer edition, and only the license file allows you to activate the Informix edition you purchased from IBM.

    Note that the license file you had for version 14.10.FC8 is only valid for version 14.10.FC8.
    If you use this old license file, you may not be able to activate the Enterprise Edition for the version 14.10.FC11.

    It is therefore recommended to use the one released by IBM for version 14.10.FC11.

    The answer is:  Yes, these are the files.

    I downloaded them a couple months ago for the customer.
