    Hello,

    When I want to add a 'Inbound Email Connection', im able to edit the "Mailbox" part. But it doesn't allow me edit the connection details. Im using 'Master Administrator' account.

    This should only happen if the organization type is a "configuration" organization. In that case the screen looks like this:


    Notice the gear icon next to the organization name. That shows it is a configuration type organization. This is only used by an MSSP.

    For an MSSP the mailbox definition is set up in the configuration organization. Then the actual mailbox details are set up in the child organization:


    In a standard organization the entire page is editable:
