    Hey all,

A reminder to everyone that is a QRadar on Cloud admin that you should be ensuring that your applications are updated to a UBI version today. Starting tomorrow (29 January 2022), when DevOps does scheduled work on QRadar on Cloud Consoles, they plan to disable CentOS 6 applications. This means that any apps that are not upgraded will be stopped and no longer visible in the user interface if they are running CentOS. This also means that any disabled app will require QRadar Support to enable them if not upgraded before 29 January. As an app that is stopped cannot be upgraded, QRadar on Cloud Support will need to enable the CentOS6 app, so it can be upgraded to a UBI version.

DevOps upgraded the default out-of-the-box apps, but anything installed by the administrator needs to be confirmed it is running a QRadar 7.3.3 FP6+/7.4.1 FP2+ version. Typically, UBI versions of the app have a version in the title, such as {app_name} 7.4.1 FP2+, but use the filter in the sidebar of the app exchange to confirm. There is a filter on the X-Force App Exchange to locate these apps, which is detailed in the technical note from support.

Important: Review any apps that are not upgraded today, if you can. Otherwise, you will require support assistance to upgrade apps. For the full details, see QRadar on Cloud: CentOS 6 apps are disabled on 29 January 2022.
