    Hello Everyone,

    Anyone that used the log4jSafeAgent2021.jar to mitigate the log4j vulnerability, until an upgrade could be performed, should bookmark this link.

    After upgrading IBM Cognos to a new version the following errors are encountered:

    When creating or viewing a report.
    XQE-CON-0007 XQE error encountered and/or DPR-ERR-2002 Unable to execute the request because there were no connections to the process available within the configured time limit.

    When creating or opening a dashboard.
    The metadata for '<Model Name>' did not load. Please contact your administrator for details.

    The support document discusses the steps to take if you are upgrading to a version not vulnerable to the log4j issue as well as if you are moving to a version that is still vulnerable to the log4j vulnerability.
