I’m a Watson Analytics newbie with a SugarCRM. My goal is to import various data from sugar to watson. I clicked the add data tab, and selected sugarCRM to add data. It asks for user ID, Password and the site URL. Is it asking for my IBM user id and password, or SugarCRMs? Also, what should be entered in the site URL?

I didn't import data specifically from sugarCRM, but taken other integrations I had made, you need to add the sugarCRM's informations, so Watson Analytics can access the CRM and download the infos as a new data set to you explore.
