Hi all

It is my first attempt to create an instance and I've gotten as far as uploading the OS image. I created a bucket and uploaded my OS image and when I try to import the image, it comes back with the following error:

Here is what my bucket looks like:

I searched the community and the net for a similar error but haven't much luck.

I appreciate any help/suggestion.
