    Hi all,

    I want to know the best practice for implementing custom adapter on a remote SUN box, I want to know if there is any document available on implementing custom adapter in the Solaris environment.

    For creating custom adapters you should look at the Tutorial Adapter that ships with the platform AND the Commercial Adapter Development Kit (Intelligent Architecture) guide. This covers adapters in general and the Tutorial Adapter.
