Hello,
is it possible to obtain a selectable list of e.g. names as a drop down menu? It should be an HTML form, type Select where the option-tags contain the contents of certain nodes.

Example:
some Doctype A present in Tamino with a node title. It contains 5 documents.
The result of xql=/A/title should be used to a select form with the options named with these 5 titles.

Is this feature present or planned?

it is present in 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 as the fillselect tag. For an example take a look at the property example search page(http://localhost:8080/property/search.jsp) that comes with X-Application).

For version X-Application 3.1.2 we have contributed an improved tag select that will replace the fillselect tag.
