We have upgraded Apptio’s login experience with a modern, self-service Single Sign-On (SSO) platform. This migration began in 2024, and starting July 1, customers still using legacy SSO connections via Apptio Frontdoor who have not completed migration or are not actively coordinating with Apptio Support will be at risk of losing access.
To avoid disruption, all customers currently using Legacy SSO in Apptio Frontdoor must complete migration to the new Self-Service SSO platform and disable their legacy connection by June 30.
