    We have upgraded Apptio’s login experience with a modern, self-service Single Sign-On (SSO) platform. This migration began in 2024, and starting July 1, customers still using legacy SSO connections via Apptio Frontdoor who have not completed migration or are not actively coordinating with Apptio Support will be at risk of losing access.

    To avoid disruption, all customers currently using Legacy SSO in Apptio Frontdoor must complete migration to the new Self-Service SSO platform and disable their legacy connection by June 30.

    The setup process is designed to be self-service and can be accessed below. If you need assistance, our support team is available to help: https://ibm.com/support. 

    Benefits of migrating to the new SSO system include: 

    •     Self-service management for quicker and easier configuration updates 
    •     Support for OIDC connections, along with ongoing support for SAML 2.0 
    •     Flexible auto-provisioning and Persona management 
    •     Ability to maintain multiple SSO connections tailored to your organization's needs
