  • 1.  ImagePullBackOff issue on operator and synchronizer

    Hi All,

    We are constantly facing ImagePullBackOff error on operator and synchronizer while configuring SOAR app.

    We have enabled open internet on the qradar soar server to ensure access to required urls (docker.com, docker.io and quay.io). We also tried creating a new app host after opening internet access but still getting same error.

    Below is another error which we are getting.

    # wget https://quay.io/ibmresilient/apps-synchronizer:1.9.1 .407
    --2022-08-29 13:08:51-- https://quay.io/ibmresilient/apps-synchronizer:1.9.1.40 7
    Resolving quay.io (quay.io)... 18.233.255.200, 34.225.41.113, 54.159.249.120, .. .
    Connecting to quay.io (quay.io)|18.233.255.200|:443... connected.
    HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 308 PERMANENT REDIRECT
    2022-08-29 13:08:52 ERROR 308: PERMANENT REDIRECT.


    However, it shows that both the URLs are connected.


    Please suggest a solution if someone has faced similar issue in the past

    Hi Siem,

    What version of SOAR are you running? I don't see any issues specific with quay.io at this time.
