  • 1.  Image rendering error in output when I run KNN

    I am getting an 

    Image Rendering Error 

    instead of displaying chart 

    in my KNN output 

    How to solve that

    what are things I may need to check now

    Hello Sriram, a few questions:

    1. What version of Statistics do you have?
    2. Are you on Windows or MacOS?
    3. Can you share the data and syntax (if it is not private)?

    Another option - start from the terminal/command window.  On Mac, run `stats` from the `

    SPSS Statistics.app/Contents/MacOS` directory.  On Windows, run `stats.com`from the bin directory in your install directory.
    That may print out any exceptions you are getting, and we can analyze the cause of the problem.
