Hello,
I'd say that there are some issues with 'HTTP 302 redirection' when using that browser.
It could be an interference of some local HTTP proxy...
Does the same problem occurs on any other browser ?
Anyhow, to say for sure the best way would be to collect all HTTP requests/responses send upon clicking on the IBM License Metric Tool button.
Some additional guideline how to collect HTTP flow as HAR content:
https://support.hmhco.com/s/article/Creating-a-HAR-file-in-Microsoft-Edge-Chromium
HTTP flow content may contain confidential data so the best way to analyze this further would be through Support ticket.

Subject: ILMT Redirecting to Non-Existent Machine URL
Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue with IBM License Metric Tool (ILMT). When I try to access ILMT, it redirects me to a URL associated with a machine that no longer exists. I was able to log in successfully after clearing my browser cache and using the correct server name instead of localhost
.
However, when I click on the IBM License Metric Tool button within the interface, instead of taking me to the dashboard, it redirects me again to the same non-existent machine's URL.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there a configuration setting that needs to be changed to stop this incorrect redirection?
Thanks in advance for your help!
