We have integrated the BigFix/ILMT with our ServiceNOW and Imported the ILMT Metadata to the service now CMDB .. But , we are not getting the license consumption information data in it .

Can you please let us know the configuration in ILMT system to get the correct data of License consumption ?

What you mean by "correct data"? Is the data correctly reported in ILMT?

We have uploaded the ILMT certificate in servicenow and using are using the default ILMT url which is showing different data .

software classification and PVU data is working correct within the ILMT software tool, the same we are looking to replicate in ServiceNOW .

Can you please guide me on configuration to get the software classification or PVU consumption data in Servicenow CMDB?

I'm sorry. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with ServiceNow configuration. We provide REST API you may used. However, I can answer your questions related to the API only:

The only reliable source is ILMT, you may use either ILMT UI or its REST API to get the data:
