  • 1.  ILMT Import Failing

    Intermittently our ILMT Import is failing. No error message is displayed in the Import Log. Example:

    The log stops there... no further information. Where can I find more detailed information about the problem?

    In this case the error was due to a known problem. TS support case raised and a APAR fix supplied. The tema.log file highlights the error condition during the import.

    We are seeing same thing intermittently. What was the APAR fix that was supplied?

    We raised a TS support ticket with IBM and they supplied a fix for a known issue. They supplied a fix file called database.rb which was installed and corrected the problem. All has been ok since.

    Thanks. I was able to find the APAR and it provided the code fix for the database.rb file. It seems to be running to completion now.
