I am using ILMT version 9.2.34 and trying to generate the All metric report for product base report, I could see some computers showing (x-mark) in computer area and "this agent was deleted" pinpoint displaying. 

Could we have any reason or cmds to resolve this error?

x-red mark in computer area (depicting an agent deleted state) is not an error...it's a feature.
Those items shows up when 'Present' Filter (on Configure View) is removed.
You are using a 'base report' view...that is why all Filters are cleared out.

Is there any option to remove those computers because we have removed those servers from BigFix and ILMT console 1 month before.
