  • 1.  IGI: Slow sync on password reset

    Hi,

    I am using IGI 5.2.6 and connect to MS Active Directory as the target system.

    I have an issue that it takes 8-10 minutes to successfully synchronize new password to target system when user changes password from IGI. It happens even one user change the password. 

    I cannot find which IGI configuration am i missing? Please help to suggest.

    Hi Chainarong,

    1) What is the frequency interval of your Active Directory connector?
    2) Verify the "Rule Engine" Task is running w/o errors
    3) I would also suggest to verify virtual appliance and database server time is in sync.
    4) Does other OUT events like Create Account, Add Permission ​etc also takes time to execute?

    Hi Jaskeerat, 

    Thanks for your reply. Now I found that Appliance time was not correct and it delayed for 8 minutes. So, the issue was resolved after Appliance time was synced correctly.
