  • 1.  IGC , HTTPS to HTTP switch

    Hi , 

    One of our customer using IGC , Information Governance Catalog.
    we want to use http link for accessing IGC. Normally ;  https://<SERVER_NAME>:9443/ibm/iis/igc/ but we want to switch http.
    I am trying http like this ; http://<SERVER_NAME>:9080/ibm/iis/igc/
    But i am getting error like this one ; 
    igc error


    Any one knows how to reach IGC via http?

    Hi Gunes,
           What version of Information Server is your client using? Access via http was removed a little while back (version 11.3); only https is available. You can also highlight the security risks inherent in http to your customer. Please let me know if you need any other information.

    Our version is 11.7.1.0  , so you are saying it is not possible that connect governance catalog via http at this version?

       Yes, I believe only https is available with 11.7.1.0.
