Installed libpcap 1.8.1-1, but it still didn't work:

exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program iftop_64 because of the following errors:

        0509-136   Symbol _GLOBAL__AIXI_shr_o (number 90) is not exported from

                   dependent module /opt/freeware/lib/libpcap.a[shr_64.o].
        0509-192 Examine .loader section symbols with the
                 'dump -Tv' command.
 

Upgraded to libpcap 1.9.0-1, and now it works.
