Just go to the Developer Edition download (Sign up for Informix Developer and Time-Limited Editions) and download the latest v14.10 Developer Edition installer. Then you just need the appropriate license file for the paid Edition for which you are licensed and install that along with the DE installation. Or, if you want to test without the resource limits on DE, you can download a time-limited test Edition installer, but those installations cannot be upgraded to a paid Edition in place.
So, there are no longer different executables for the different Editions, only different license files that enable or disable various features and resource limits. If you do not have the license file for the Edition you need in Passport Advantage, that may mean that you are not licensed for it. If you are, then contact PA administrators to get the proper license installers added to your PA account.
