  • 1.  Identity Brokerage Adapter

    Hi All,

    I implemented Identity Brokerage Adapter for web application. I deployed it on IGI 5.2.6. Its working for test connection. But When I am trying to start it, its saying configuration error. No any clear message on VA logs also. Can anybody help me please?

    Hi Ganesh,

    Is there any unprocessed events in OUT queue for the connector to process? Can you tell where do you see configuration error?

    Hi Jaskeerat,

    Thank you for reply.

    There are 2 things :
    1. In "Connector status" tab, when I am trying to start it, it shows nothing and not getting started. 

    2. In "Change Log Sync Status", when I am trying to start it, it shows configuration error in "Sync History" tab

    I am new in adapter development. Implemented Test and Add operation and deployed that adapter. Its working for test connection successfully. But not getting started. Please share your thoughts on this. Thanks!
