    Hello,

    I have been waiting for weeks to try Watson X. But I've not found the exact grand opening date. I've attempted dozens of times to open an account.

    I am unsure if the product remains unavailable or if there is something wrong with me. I not can only get as far as adding credit cards for the one dallar hold that verifies my identity. And it has been crashing at that point for weeks across multiple cards attempted.

    I'd like to get my account started. I'm waiting to learn AI Governance platform. But I can't get my hands on it so I am still completely new and waiting to get my account login working.

    Are we still waiting for the product to get released?

    Hi.  You can see a list of watonx products here: https://www.ibm.com/watsonx .  Watsonx.ai and watsonx.data are both live and generally available now.  Watsonx.governance is coming later this year.  I don't know anything about the credit card process, sorry!  I would try opening an IBM Cloud support ticket to help with the credit card issue.

    Thank you for the advice. I found how to create a Cloud Support ticket. An email was waiting for me this morning. I was instructed to click the link and update the ticket with my comment after reading the support notes...

    Only to find the link doesn't give me access to the support ticket. I can't get support to add my credit card because I can't view the support ticket because I never entered a credit card.

    I found a helpdesk for the IBMid but that desk cannot support my problem with IBM Cloud. They were great and gave me the number 18663250045 before transferring me. I sat for dead silence on the phone waiting for my battery to die but eventually they hung up. I did successfully enter a card at the Billing tab but that still seems not good enough to get a free trial or to get an upgrade for pay as I go.

    I have time to work this out. My concept is to use IBM Watson X AI Governance to regulate collaboration among content creators. I will need to support my collaborators so they can use the service. It is important for me to be able to find the right solution as my collaborators will likely have this exact same problem. 

    I have work I can start immediately with the "Pay As You Go" services but I am not good at finding how to get the account set up, yet. We are all going to need working accounts. So I will keep trying and updating this thread.
