Hi, I am an IBMer trying to use the URL above (which I also found from one of the installation screens after installing from PC@IBM app store).
I go here https://manage.marketplace.ibm.com/account/public/signup?partNumber=SPSS_S_TRIAL_INTERNAL and there is nothing to click on to register my ID. Under Home, I can click on the only option ("IBM") but when I click on the arrow to proceed, nothing ever happens, and switching browsers doesn't help. Under "Customer" there is an option to view my current subscriptions where I can see that my last 2-year subscription ended this weekend. But nothing where I can see to request a new one.
I've spent hours trolling around various IBM websites looking for other ways to get this done. I found a place here https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/supportaccess?language=en_US# with a button to "request access" and although I have done this multiple times, I never do get the access (or at least, nothing changes, when I launch SPSS it still says I have no license). I am "requesting access" for "SPSS Statistics Subscription" – not "SPSS Statistics" since "SPSS Statistics" requires a customer number which I don't know/have (I tried plugging in the same customer number from my expired subscription, but that doesn't work).
I have tried many other options for getting support, raising tickets with just about any organization that will take them, and they all tell me it's not in their scope to support. Do you have any tips or contacts who might help me?
