IBM Verify - IBM Security Verify Gateway for Windows login

    Hello Everyone.

    Trying IBM Verify with IBM Security Verify Gateway for Windows login, but after putting the password, it is showing that "the account is not set up for the appropriate second factor authentication"

    Attached a screenshot for it, also attached a screenshot of the config file 

    i have tried this on Windows 10 and with a Server 19 machine, which is domain-joined and the user was also domain-joined joined but at all places same error

    Can anyone guide me on it
