    Has anyone had any experience with the IBM Support Assistant and do you know where you download the support assistant agent install package. I have the workbench downloaded and installed and all the documentation I find says the agent install package is with the WebSphere media but I can’t seem to find it on our passport advantage site.

    for instance, if you are installing WAS v7.0 on Windows, the part numbers are:

    Workbench
    IBM Support Assistant V4.0.2 Workbench for Windows on x86-32 bit for WebSphere Application Server, V7.0 Multilingual (C1G27ML)

    Agent
    IBM Support Assistant V4.0.2 Agent for Windows on x86-32 bit for WebSphere Application Server, V7.0 Multilingual (C1G28ML)

    but you really need to look for it carefully into the listed files.
