  • 1.  IBM Storwize v3700 Gen1 cannot upgrade v7.4.0.4 to 7.8.1.16

    Hi,

        I cannot upgrade v3700(Gen 1) controller firmware code v7.4.0.4 to 7.8.1.16(I Start the first step the upgrade from 7.4.0.4 to 7.5.0.x not wrok It has error about test utility and file expires date), It has error about test utiliti and file expires date.

    This issue has resolution for process frirmware upgrade, Please advise. Process steps In solving this Issue, Thank you.

    Hello Apidesh.

     

    Have you confirmed you're not running into a known issue within the v7.8.1.16 release notes?

     

    I've copied our ATG Representative for the V3700 to see if he can provide some information around this upgrade.
