IBM SPSS trial download and instalation

    What should I do if after the SPSS free trial download process is complete, then during the installation process accidentally clicks on the License Wizard or other errors. Because at that time maybe I accidentally clicked on the IBMid login (because it took so long to load), the cursor got a little error then clicked itself to another button (Linsence Wizard or others)?
     
    Then the next day I tried to register again to download the free trial to a lower version (SPSS 25), successfully registered (got a notification from IBM Cloud "Thanks for registering for the SPSS Statistics trial. You can access all features including add-ons for 30 days! ....."But after clicking "Download Now", and going to the next process, on "Verify your email", after entering the access code, and clicking verify, it cannot continue (loading) to the next process..
     
    Please kindly, help me by providing clear and precise guidelines..
