Hello,
I installed IBM SPSS Modeler Subscription (version 1.0.0.430) on Windows 10/11, but after I sign in with my IBM ID,
the application only shows a blank white screen. No menus or UI elements appear.
Steps I already tried:
1. Cleared all cache folders (.spss, AppData, ProgramData)
2. Uninstalled and reinstalled Modeler Subscription completely
3. Installed Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime (Standalone Installer, x64)
4. Ran Modeler as Administrator and in Windows 8 Compatibility Mode
5. Tried on a different computer and different network (home Wi-Fi / mobile hotspot)
Despite all of this, the same blank screen occurs after login.
It looks like the application cannot load the UI even though login succeeds.
Could you please confirm whether this issue is known for the current trial version?
If possible, I would appreciate any workaround or an offline activation method to access the software.
